The Joint National Training Capability (JNTC) is a collection of interoperable training sites, nodes, and events that synthesizes Combatant Commander and Service training requirements and enables trainers to provide the appropriate “joint context”. It is one of three capabilities in the Department of Defense's training transformation plan, providing joint warfighters with an enhanced way to train through a spectrum of live, virtual, and constructive training environments. The Navy JNTC Liaison Analyst provides analysis and advice on strategic, operational, and tactical assessments. They Support the planning and conduct of JNTC accreditation and certification programs, documenting and mitigating joint training capability(s) shortfalls identified during JNTC accreditation and certification events.

NATO ACT contributes to preserving the peace, security, and territorial integrity of NATO member states by leading the strategic transformation of Allied military structures, forces, capabilities, doctrine, and training. The J3/5 (Operations, Plans, and Integrated Support) Department directs assignment coordination and planning of operational support teams to event projects, the operation of organizational funding expenditure and budget estimation, and formal training coordination.The J7 (Training) department prepares, organizes, and conducts training of NATO ACT staff in accordance with service requirements; formulating training plans and coordination.

The Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center (JPMRC), an exportable combined training capability, provides realistic training opportunities that portray peer and near-peer threats for regional aligned US forces in Hawaii and Alaska; as well as partner nations’ forces throughout the US Indo-Pacific Command. The Role Player (RP) Planner translated Rotational Training Unit (RTU) Training Objectives into RP Personnel Requirements, MSEL event scripting, coordination with OPFOR, and dynamic management of RPs (~ 100 dispersed personnel) during execution. Scripted scenario storylines/events for RP support to Training Objectives. Tracked event completion and training objective accomplishment to ensure successful training of the RTU.

The Operational Environment/Exercise Support Directorate (OESD) leads large scale US Army, Joint, and multinational military exercises and supports US Army training standardization for TRADOC G-2 to assist home station unit level training, operational/institutional training units, exercise support agency leadership, and Combined Training Centers. The OESD provides tailored on-site support and replication/delivery of complex and dynamic Operational Environments (OEs), including cyber threat emulation and social media replication, through a variety of Live, Virtual, and Constructive domains.

As the supervisor of the Individual Augmentee program, the Manpower Management team leveraged Navy personnel assets in support of worldwide Combatant Commander requirements. Coordinated with Global Force Management action officers, Budget Submitting Officers/Type Commanders, and Navy Personnel Command to process personnel management operations for 153 Global War on Terror contingency operations and 15 Annual Strategic Fleet Partnership Exercises and Humanitarian Assistance/Disaster Relief Missions.

The overall goal of the TRADOC G27 – OE Training Support Center (TSC) is to replicate complex Operational Environments (OEs) in training venues such as Army Combat Training Centers, Mobilization Training Centers, and Home Station training areas. The OE TSC locates real world operational events from a variety of data sources supplying the training audience with a realistic replication of information available on the real battlefield.

The Operational Readiness Department of Reserve Component Carrier Strike Group Four - Force Protection (CSG-4 FP) supported command operations and the coordination of CSG-4 FP military exercise events. CSG-4 FP administers Force Protection Exercises (FPEXs) to deploying United States Fleet Forces units to assess their ability to effectively implement their Force Protection security plans while deployed abroad.

The Navy’s Riverine force focused on conducting Maritime Security Operations and Theater Security Cooperation in a riverine area of operations and other suitable areas, conducting area denial operations and associated mission sets. As Embarked Security Teams, Riverine detachments provided escort and embarked security for high value maritime assets.

Commander, NSWU-3/JSOTF-GCC is a dual responsibility command, located on U.S. Naval Support Activity, Bahrain. Naval Special Warfare Unit Three (NSWU-3) exercises operational command (OPCON) over all Naval Special Operations Forces (NAVSOF) assigned to U.S. Central Command (Middle East). The mission of Joint Special Operations Task Force - Gulf Cooperation Council (JSOTF-GCC) is to provide training to the Special Operations Forces (SOF) of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC): Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. The Operations Department executed the administrative, operational, and executive actions of an Echelon III Command.

The Combat Information Center (CIC) technical watch team executed the operation of sophisticated electronic sensor and weapons equipment to navigate and detect threats to a U.S. Navy Aegis Weapons System warship.
