Undertook work at OpenView Security Solutions, on a busy and demanding contract in conjunction with Welwyn and Hatfield Council, Maidstone Borough Council and East Sussex Fire and Rescue. This is an important contract as it includes organising the installation and servicing of new fire alarm systems in residents' flats and apartments. I also oversaw the management of the installation and repair of emergency lighting in communal areas of residential housing, TV aerials that have become faulty in blocks of flats and faulty electrics that need to be fixed, requiring great attention to detail and organisation skills. Also the first point of contact for all residents who call to raise faults with their accommodation, providing excellent customer service and arranging for an engineer to repair/rectify these issues by using our internal Service Management System to book appointments between the residents and engineers at a time that suits them. Once this work is complete, I managed the pricing, invoicing and oversee the issuing of official certificates to the relevant local authority.

Undertook office work at RMG in which responsibilities included; processing yearly accounts to be sent out to clients for signature, undertaking a daily bank run, franking outgoing mail, opening and sorting incoming mail, taking queries from our tenants and being welcoming to our visitors. I have experience in data entry, which includes updating our tracker systems, when progress has been made in the processing of our yearly accounts for our property portfolio.
