Currently serves as Chairman of the Subrogation Department at Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP. As an insurance attorney, his practice concentrates on subrogation, commercial litigation, property insurance law, related first party insurance matters and general business litigation, as well as construction law, tort defense and contract disputes. His liability/third party practice includes construction defect matters and commercial litigation involving business related matters. Mr. Curley has extensive experience in subrogation claims. He has recovered millions of dollars for clients through trial victories, arbitration awards and favorable settlements. He has appeared in numerous appellate courts and practices in the state and federal courts of Maryland, the District of Columbia and North Carolina. He is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.
