- Work as part of a cross-functional team including engineering, manufacturing, and testing- Mitigate supply chain shortages by expediting, identifying alternate sources, or by partnering with engineering to identify substitutes- Manage purchasing process in a project-based environment in the automation industry (around 10 concurrent projects in various stages of completion)- Communicate with a wide variety of suppliers including metal fabricators, wiring assembly, commodity suppliers, and printed circuit board (PCB) houses- Lead the manufacturing team toward on-time delivery of new vehicles, repairs, and sales order fulfillment- Ensure ISO 9001 Quality Management System is being observed and documented within functional areas- Ability to interpret design drawings as necessary

- Maintain relationships with key suppliers, negotiate pricing, and schedule parts to come in at the right time for manufacturing- Work closely with engineering, interpret design drawings- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight

- Lead production planning, utilizing SAP, in the small parts department- Group work identifying opportunities for the company and offering solutions by submitting various cost savings proposals- Prioritize tasks and implement time management skills by understanding company needs
