Accountable for ensuring the organisations policies and legal obligations pertaining to the Fair Work Act and the Council’s Enterprise Agreement are met.7. The position is not responsible for significant financial resources. However, the role does haveresponsibility for identifying opportunities to ensure effective investment of resources.6. The incumbent fully briefs the Executive Manager or People, Culture and Engagement on significant issues of operational and strategic importance and can make decisions on routine and operational issues.7. This role is responsible for managing their own time, projects and priorities.8. Consider and generate contemporary solutions to a range of ER/IR matters.9. In conjunction with the Executive Manager or People, Culture and Engagement and the ER Advisors, conduct analysis and implement the various components of ER/IR initiatives.10. It is expected the incumbent will demonstrate leadership and model the organisational values as a member of the People, Culture and Engagement team.
