Civil construction supervisor with an operator background in highway construction, civil mining and oil & gas, civil construction is my background and has been my profession and passion for near on 17 years. in this time, I started at the bottom as a labourer with structures and bridges, in this i was taught about steel fixing, formwork, and concreting. after this i moved on to earthworks from bulk to finishing and alot in-between, eventually become a multi-skilled operator, from this I pushed myself to become final trim in an excavator for a very well-known trimming company.I was moved from job to job by my supervisor working on a lot of large highway upgrades projects for some big players including ABI group, Leighton’s, Lendlease, Seymour Whyte and McConnell Dowell just to name a few.I used every day to watch and learn, slowly stockpiling a bank of knowledge to one day help me into the role of a supervisor.This took place in 2019 where I have refined my skills each day since to become better and better at the job I do.
