Providing ongoing support to Managers and Supervisors in the safe planning of their work by assisting in the development and completion of Job Safety Analysis, Safe Lift Forms, Inspections and Audits, etc. Perform inspections and audits Perform Observations and Coaching, providing positive reinforcement in the promotion of a zero injury culture Assist Supervisors in accident, incident, near miss investigations. Ensure that all work is conducted in compliance with the EMC EHS Management System, site safety plan requirements, client requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements Conduct & document safety orientation for all new employees as required. Take a leadership role in the activities and behaviours set out in EMC's Human Performance program
