I am currently taking coursework for a Business Analytics graduate certificate at UNC Charlotte, and I am looking for jobs in business analytics, finance, and information technology. I am excited to apply my analytical skills and practical knowledge to the business sector. This past May I graduated magna cum laude from Davidson College with my bachelor's degree. I have gained valuable skills in data analysis, finance, and communication through my academic and professional experiences, using both R and advanced MS Excel. Currently, I work as an Outfitter and Marketing Coordinator at Fleet Feet, where I provide excellent customer service, educate and inform customers of specialized products, utilize POS for checking out customers and tracking daily sales, create social media content, send newletters using CRM, coordinate store events, serve as Team Lead, and attend marketing events in the local area. Previously, I was a Community Research Fellow at the Center for Civic Engagement, where I created a dashboard displaying education equity and representation across North Carolina’s school districts, using R programming, R Shiny, Python, and data cleaning techniques. I also served as an Assistant Treasurer for a political campaign, where I managed and accounted over $35,000 in contributions and expenditures and submitted five reports to the State Board of Elections Office. I am interested in jobs ranging from consulting to data analytics to financial planning, where I can leverage my skills and learn from others. I am eager to explore new opportunities and challenges and contribute to the success of an organization.
