Based at London HQ, lead internal legal function supporting 3 UK & 9 pan-European based subsidiaries on acquisitions and various deals / corporate matters ranging from customer contracts to property, finance and employee benefits (share options). Negotiated numerous high value technology agreements including enterprise licenses for leading software and online services (SaAS) and provision of professional services and support, from both acquirer and provider's standpoint.
