1. Conduct the product marketing activity. Implement and drive business development (new design with new customer and existing customers) and penetration (existing customer) strategy in defined markets.2. Work with Sales and FAEs to achieve sales target. Provide on-site support to win over customers by solving the customer's design problems. 3. Demand Creation within customers for long-term growth.4. Handle daily inquiries from Sales. Coaching and controlling quotation and gross profit: Qualifies and responds effectively to customer quotations. 5. Build relationship with Vendor. Function as the go-to person for vendor and customers, working with Vendor to identify and expand customer base.6. In-charge of providing information, tracking and submission of reports including design, project list, vendor report and business development monthly report to superior for potential opportunity tracking. 7. Provide training on electronic product, technology, knowledge, market intelligent and supplier solutions.8. Create, evaluate and recommend tools to present responsible product lines business status including monthly sales revenue, analyzing and controlling risk of stock, backlog, estimating coming business trend, strategic business development plan in short term and long term etc.

Complete marketing expand & design-win task, cooperate with sales team to fulfill the design process for R&D department of the customers, offer solution for selection; provide technical support to the customer, resolve the product issue in both pre-sale and after-sale; join the investigation of the marketing, provide opinion and evidence for company developed strategy; internal training for the company staffs
