Currently looking for a role as an Electricians mate around the Huthwaite/Nottingham area. I have completed the Level 3 Electrical Installation Diploma (2365), the BS7671 Requirements for Electrical Installations, looking to gain on site experience to complete the NVQ and hopefully achieve the gold card status.Before joining Zircom, I was employed as a Royal Navy Weapons Engineer, specialising in both Radar and Sonar technologies. This gave me the opportunity to gain a multitude of skills and gather a wider range of knowledge within the engineering sector.Since being at Zircom, I’ve been exposed to a different role from the Navy, in installing both Cat6 and Fibre optic cabling throughout commercial and industrial settings to a high standard for large clients. Part of the role is to install containment within these settings in order to provide the cable supplies to meet the customers needs.
