Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling.● My Essential Duties And responsibilities include complying with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.Inspects building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by Google. ● Oversees and inspect the work performed by outside contractors. Contracted work includes landscaping, safety of environment wildlife, remodeling, HVAC, plumbers, and cleaning.● Perform assigned repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Complete maintenance and repair records as required.● Review assigned work orders. Estimate time and materials needed to complete repairs. Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.● Maintains an energy management program to ensure measures are taken to operate all systems in the most efficient manner to keep operating costs at a minimum.● Maintain the building lighting system, including elements and ballast repairs or replacements.● Performs welding, carpentry, furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.● Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.

At Lifewatch , I was responsible for the interpretation and reporting of EKG rhythm strips of patients wearing cardiac monitoring devices. Examples of my duties include:● The analyzing and interpretation of patients Holter and Cardiac Event Monitoring EKG rhythms. ● Recognize abnormal cardiac rhythms and symptoms for notification criteria to policy and/or physicians orders.● Basic knowledge of the hearts anatomy and medical terminology.● On occasion educate patients about services and monitoring use.● Contacting patients for assistants in receiving daily rhythms, and notification emergencies. ● Document any new actions taken with patient’s daily recording.
