I'm still learning how to break out of the "quiet professional" mold and be comfortable speaking about my own capabilities and accomplishments. I love digging into complex problem sets and deconstructing them with data, and technology, and applying unorthodox solutions while ensuring value is added to customer operations. These passions have taught me to ask good questions when determining customer requirements, listen more than I speak, build and empower teams of amazing people, be adaptable and open-minded, and never stop learning. -- Skill & Attribute Highlights -- Talent Development & Organizational Improvement: A primary goal I have in every leadership position has been to build a team capable of innovation and decision-making in my absence. I have grown to believe that definition of success as a leader is determined by how well an organization functions in your absence, not how much of a single point of failure you are in a system or process. Knowledge Worker: I have developed a skill and reputation for being able to aggregate and analyze large amounts of disparate data and publications while distilling this into critical information to drive organizational change and actionable narratives/stories for the end user. Being an adaptable communicator able to tailor the information scope and delivery method to the audience at hand has been a critical skill in ensuring shared understanding amongst diverse stakeholders and unity of effort amongst geographically dislocated teams.
