As a hybrid remote worker, my involvement in working both in the field and at home was a great experience for me to see how my work in the office can affect the lives of people around me. I was also given a leadership opportunity to manage all electronic devices on every project I worked with. That involved communicating with multiple contractors and construction crews to make that certain project come to fruition. My involvement in the Aerospace Enterprise was to create a programmable control board that would stop the satellite from turning on before it is deployed out of the rocket. If it would turn on before deployment the solar panels would extend and cause issues with not only our own deployment, but the deployment of other satellites.
