Owen Tango is the founder of Grian52, a start-up business that provides innovative and comprehensive solutions for renewable energy and energy efficiency. He has over 18 years of experience in the construction sector, specializing in building retrofit and upgrading the energy performance of buildings.Owen's mission is to promote the uptake of renewable and alternative energy sources and reduce the carbon footprint of homes and communities. He has successfully completed multiple SEAI EXEED grants community projects in the West of Cork and Beara peninsula, and offers zero energy prefab modular homes that are high-tech, affordable, and sustainable. He has a strong engineering background and holds QQI 6N0306 qualification in micro solar photovoltaic systems implementation. He is registered with the SEAI and TAMs for Solar PV.
