As an IT Specialist at White Rock MFG Solutions, I maintain the hardware and software performance, network connectivity and infrastructure, and lead fully immersive Windows based training for employees located in four states. I also manage the asset and license management of various software tools, such as SolidWorks, JobBOSS, and KnowledgeSync.Before joining White Rock, I worked as a Software Engineer at Arion Energy and Fansere, where I developed web and mobile applications in WordPress and React Native, respectively. I tested the company software for bugs and operating efficiency, and fixed and documented them. I also collaborated with a team of developers to meet the client standards and expectations. I have a Bachelor's degree in History from Metropolitan State University of Denver, which has helped me to develop critical thinking, research, and communication skills.
