Support Microsoft PKI, Active Directory, AD LDS, AD FS, DNS, Group Policy, DHCP, and Blue Coat Proxies for United Guaranty. Worked with application developers on rollout of application releases using AD LDS as an authentication source. Implemented multiple relying party applications through AD FS. Used PowerShell to automate tasks with AD.Implemented Microsoft PKI, NetIQ Directory and Resource Administrator, Group Policy Administrator, Change Guardian, and Aegis. Currently working on 2012 R2 Domain Controller replacement.

Respond to server support related tickets in accordance with our department SLA. Participate in on-call rotation that includes after hours availability. Operate on the Windows engineering team which manages over 2500 servers and Microsoft products including SCOM 2012, SCCM 2012, Active Directory, AD FS, Group Policy, DirectAccess 2012, HP ProLiant Server, Citrix application and desktop virtualization. Implemented XenApp and XenDesktop environments. Implemented AD FS.

Responded to desktop support related tickets in accordance with our department SLA. Was on call after hours on a rotating weekly basis. Remotely supported multiple warehouses and branch offices across the country with the aid of remote support software. Supported field user tablet PC’s, desktops, laptops, HP multifunction network laser printers, software development platforms, and VPN related network issues for remote users. Supported over 1400 users both remote and at our corporate office in an enterprise IT environment. Administered and helped implement SCCM 2007 including implementing system wide patching, software delivery and reporting. Created over 30 packages for deployment. Implemented SCUP 2011. Managed and created standard images in MDT 2010 for deployment of Windows 7 32 and 64 bit editions. Consolidated all system imaging including desktop, laptop, VDI, Software Development and Field Analyst into MDT. Made all imaging platform agnostic using WMI queries. Implemented a replacement for our field user tablet PC’s including ruggedized tablets and barcode scanner while supporting our current generation field analyst platform. This includes developing an image for and creating training material on the new hardware platform. I also worked with individual users on further training issues and any implementation related bugs. Created group policies for all end user computing devices.Worked with inside/outside counsel doing e-discovery for 3 cases including interviewing and file collection. Interviewed over 75 custodians of information. Assessed feasibility of processing and data mining legal data though project is currently incomplete due to lack of funding and resources.

Worked on the Department of Defense Dependant Schools contract in Heidelberg Germany. Did initial assessment of systems for the new contract; documented desktop and network layout. Performed front line IT support using ticketing system for the entire installation. Maintained SLA as stated in support contract. Helped enforce DISA compliance at the request of DoDDS-IT. Helped train permanent replacement and provided support up until temporary Visa status expired.

Set up branch offices throughout the Triad. Set up telephone, network, used Norton Ghost imaging for office computers, Windows XP Professional, Windows 2003 Server (for high volume locations) with Profiler software. Supported 87 offices within 4 districts across 4 states. Answered technical issues via phone, with the aid of remote support system LogMeIn, and performed onsite hardware support throughout the tax season. Coordinated deployment of JHProfiler software periodic updates amongst all offices. Managed and trained a tech who reported to me; aided with store setup and business hours support coverage. Worked with various communications providers setting up telephone lines, cable, and DSL throughout our offices and cut out many lines found to be unnecessary to save money. Worked with account managers to consolidate telephone accounts and for seasonal communications transition.Traveled to other states to help new districts setup training center for new employees.
