I am a Purdue University student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting at Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr. School of Business, along with a minor in Economics. I am hoping to be awarded an internship for the summer of 2025.I was born in Indianapolis, Indiana where I have lived my entire life. In high school, I took a class on Microsoft and I was able to get certified in Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint. I also took computer science classes, allowing me to learn Python and get my entry-level certification. I've found both Microsoft Excel and Python to be extremely useful in college, and assume they will be useful in the workforce. I am active on campus as a member of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity and multiple clubs. One goal for this academic year is to become even more involved and join clubs relevant to my undergraduate major. Jobs that spark my interest within the finance field are being a financial planner or analyst. In the accounting field, I am very interested in auditing. Currently, I am considering going to school for a fifth year to get my MBA. This would lead me down the road of forensic accounting.
