After planning out the goal, I will make it happen. I am a diligent, organized student with leadership pursuing a master's degree in information systems at Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. I am currently a member of the MSISA Corporate Outreach Committee. In the past few years, I've been in quite a few roles to either lead a team/board/chapter or communicate with corporate partners. I was involved in AIESEC in Mainland of China from 2015-2017, during which I was president 2017 of AIESEC in TJUC, and Attraction Manager of the 2017 Spring National Expansion Team. I oversaw and led the entire local committee when I was the president of AIESEC. I and my executive board made a lot of changes to the organization, from marketing to HR, and we achieved 100% performance growth by the end of our term. When working as the Attraction Manager on the National Expansion Team, I led a joint project with Zhaopin.com, one of the biggest professional recruiting websites in China, and we successfully attracted 4000+ new clients. After those, I was involved in the American Marketing Association IU chapter from 2018 to 2020, during which I've been on the role of vice president of the consulting board, and manager of the professionalism board. I've led the reconstruction of the consulting board to prepare it for serving local business professionally in the future when I was the VP of the consulting board, and I've organized the biggest marketing roundtable in the AMA IU chapter history to help students network with corporate representatives and prepare for the career fairs when serving as a manager on the professionalism board.I also love giving back to the society. I went to Belo Horizonte, Brazil, for a volunteer job organized by AIESEC and Querubins in 2016 summer, and I've been involved in the habitat for humanity project in Bloomington, Indiana, to help build a house for the locals in need, along with some other projects helping the Bloomington community.
