In December 2017 my additional responsibilities as a sales assistant turned into a change in title and job. This means that instead of serving customers, most of my time is now spent behind the scenes processing customers parcels & returns, dealing with the money, and dealing with paperwork.

I have worked front of house in four different next stores since 2014. This has given me the skills to deal with customers in a nice and polite manner even under stressful situations. While working in Next Commercial Road I was not only entrusted with the front of shop operations but also some admin duty while the permanent admin is on leave.
