Current-Territory manager for California, Idaho, Missouri, Oregon and Washington.-Assist evaluation of 4,300 applications using CX Jenzabar and OnBase software.-Supervise and train 10 Admission Fellows to conduct interviews and information sessions.-Manage 40 student workers as supervisor of the Pitzer Admission Junior Staff program.-Create/implement Junior Staff training protocol and training manual for student workers.-Create/implement tour guide training protocol and training manual for student workers.-Create Audio-Jade newsletter with weekly updates for student workers and Admission staff.-Produce admission-based webinars for prospective students using Citrix Online software.-Generate content for and publish Life on the Mounds prospective student newsletter. -Co-manage Admission Unpeeled prospective student blog with current student coordinator.-Produce/film video clips on Pitzer-related topics for use by Admission personnel.-Create/update new admitted student website in conjunction with Pitzer Communications Office.-Assist Admission and Communications personnel with Pitzer Admission website re-design.-Develop student athlete recruitment protocol with Pitzer-Pomona coaches as athletics liaison.-Manage contacts with community-based organizations in California and Washington.-Conduct interviews to assess prospective student eligibility for admission.-Assist with data processing using Fire Engine Red, CX Jenzabar and OnBase software.
