In January 2024 my role pivoted, taking on greater leadership responsibilities and involvement in growing our US business. I joined 3Search in October 2022 to lead the business’s expansion plans in the product space in the USA. The first 14 months were spent building out a product management desk from scratch, establishing new business development processes across the team and giving the brand greater exposure in North America. During this period I travelled frequently between NY and London interfacing with current clients, attending industry events and interacting with key stakeholders in the tech industry.
