- Build rapport with students of my assigned residence hall- Serve as planner, sponsor, coordinator, and supervisor of social and educational activities occurring in residence hall and elsewhere on campus- Advise on academic, personal, and social matters within the limits of RA training and ability- Enforce residence hall and university policies on a continual basis- Communicate regularly with Office of Residence Life and Housing staff, in addition to university officials- Maintain standards of personal and professional conduct, and serve as a role model for students and other residence hall staff

- Manage a fleet of 17 vehicles and 35 drivers, ensuring the well-being and health of both our assets and employees - Oversee the contracted transport of volunteers to their COP (communities of practice) in a timely and efficient manner- Delegate tasks as needed to our office staff members, ensuring to thoroughly explain the directives at hand- Endorse employees with drivers license's that do not allow the transportation of more than 6 passengers- Interview prospective drivers for the position, ensuring their driving record is clear and that they are a great fit- Thoroughly train staff and trainers to further instill the values of Community Outreach into each individual of the organization- Work alongside UConn organizations such as motor pool to ensure the well-being of our assets- Track individual drivers utilizing Verizon Connect Reveal software- Hold employees accountable when a violation has occurred via the distribution of an infraction- Co-facilitate meetings with both employees and office staff (together and separately) monthly to establish community and ensure everyone is on the same page
