- Responsible for the quality management system of the hotel- Heart Beat Champion – Guest satisfaction tracking system- Member enrollment Champion – IHG rewards Club and InterContinental Ambassador loyalty program- Responsible for handling government relations, such as: PSB- Prepared Rooms budget and Cost expense- Prepared Rooms Organization Chart and review with HR yearly- Check HSKP cleaning contract, plant contract, flower contract, pest control contract and in room amenities contract with supplier, focus on the cost and quality - Focus on the guest service, guest room cleaning, public area cleaning, and adjust according to business needs.- Prepare and attend the credit meeting, P&L meeting, revenue meeting and monthly guest satisfaction analysis meeting- Prepared upselling program, rooms staff awards program and hotel empowerment guideline Program and guest recognition Program - Set up internal quality management team and arrange quarterly skills competition, etc.- Focus on the staff training and case study to improve staff skills - Fixed assets management - Risk management and crisis management- Responsible for daily maintenance of the international conference center, the public area is nearly 100000 square meters, such as marble polishing and Carpet cleaning.
