We are a group of local Christians who go out on the streets in Barnsley on Friday and Saturday nights helping people who are in distress due to the effects of, drink, drugs, crime or anything else that is troubling them. Since we started in April 2010 we have seen a drop in anti-social behaviour and we feel we have made a significant difference to the lives of many of the people we have been able to help.

I was also chair of the Fines Enforcement Panel and a chair of the Dedicated Drugs Court. I also acted as a mentor to new magistrates and an appraiser for sitting magistrates for over 10 years.
