StorageWorks DivisionDesigned and implemented infrastructure for gathering diagnostic information from a Linux-based clustered storage appliance and sending it to HP support, and integrated it with defect tracking system to simplify and optimize triage efforts during development. Enabled multiple use cases supporting development efforts, various levels of test and the key goal of accelerating issue resolution with HP support. Proactively met with various consumers to better understand use cases and develop and prioritize requirements. Led training and support of teams across geographies and cultures for new triage procedures.

Image and Printing GroupDesigned and implemented algorithms for handling of different paper types in a complex paper path and the graceful handling of failure cases. Participated in design and implementation of new requirements management process, including leading team to migrate existing requirements to a new requirements management tool. Worked closely with scientists to integrate atmospheric and climate modeling software used in research. Designed statistical analysis tool that significantly decreased amount of time needed to determine the affects of modifications to the software.
