I implemented a training program for our US promotional workforce to train them to meet the requirements of an Office of the Inspector General consent decree. Also, I developed a checklist for mergers and acquisitions to ensure that the appropriate HR tasks were completed for HR Compliance.
I answered employee concerns and issues in an human resources phone center that served the entire US Lilly organization. Also, I analyzed the phone center performance metrics to create a new performance management tool and assess the current human resource allocation for the area. Finally, I was responsible for first line HR interaction with recently reallocated employees.
