Responsible for HR governance and support for Lilly’s Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient, Dry Products, and Supply Chain manufacturing.

Lilly’s Research Triangle Park manufacturing site. I serve as HR site lead, accountable for the site people strategy, staffing and resourcing, learning and development, and organizational health.

I am responsible for managing global Total Rewards analysis and operations, including managing the global year end compensation cycle, global benchmarking, market analysis, and job matching, compensation and benefits data analytics, and pay equity analysis. In addition, implemented Workday for Eli Lilly as Compensation lead - 88 country big bang launch in 18 months.

I supported the local Lilly Japan research and corporate affairs organizations with org design, leadership development, business planning, and tactical HR needs.

I managed a team of Human Resource Data Specialists that design, create, and adjust Lilly's organizational structure and personnel data. I was responsible for analyzing and designing a 5-year marketing strategy for Becton Dickinson Biosciences' service organization.

I was responsible for vendor management, vendor implementation, project development, and project implementation for the Eli Lilly and Company Health Plan. The Eli Lilly and Company Plan serves over 70,000 participants. I worked to ensure that the Eli Lilly and Company Health Plan was compliant with the Affordable Care Act as well as other local, state, and federal health requirements. I also worked on benefit plan transfers for mergers and acquisitions and developed cost savings programs for the plan.

I audited Eli Lilly and Company sales and manufacturing affiliates across the world. I audited the affiliate's promotional practices, purchase to pay processes, and compensation/benefit programs. I also created a reporting structure for the board of directors audit committee to ensure that they were aware of all audit issues. I also developed Audit Command Language (ACL) coding language to assist with sample selection, pre-arrival testing, and more accurate promotional and anti-corruption auditing.

I implemented various compliance related processes surrounding personnel reorganization and appropriate promotional practices training. I implemented a training program for our US promotional workforce to train them to meet the requirements of an Office of the Inspector General consent decree. Also, I developed a checklist for mergers and acquisitions to ensure that the appropriate HR tasks were completed for HR Compliance.

I answered employee concerns and issues in an human resources phone center that served the entire US Lilly organization. Also, I analyzed the phone center performance metrics to create a new performance management tool and assess the current human resource allocation for the area. Finally, I was responsible for first line HR interaction with recently reallocated employees.

In this role, I developed a staffing solution for Eli LIlly and Company's internal administrative assistant community to ensure that undersourced areas had AAs available while also training AAs in multiple business units.
