In this role I am responsible for Powerscreen sales across the USA, Canada & Mexico. I work with the Powerscreen dealer network to grow market share, margins & revenue. I also manage and train sales graduates through the Terex Early Talent Program.TERRITORY MANAGEMENT- Manage accounts in the Powerscreen dealer network, to grow machine sales, rentals, parts & service.- Manage sales pipeline through Salesforce from initial opportunity through to close.- Monitor dealer inventory levels and make recommendations on stocking requirements.- Use market data to identify areas for growth & execute growth plans.- Gather market feedback to drive new product development.- Train dealer sales teams on products, applications & market dynamics.DEMAND PLANNING & FORECASTING- Manage the North America forecast process to determine factory production rates & model selection.- Act as liason with internal and third party suppliers on forecasting & production management.- Manage forecast vs budget.GRADUATE MANAGEMENT- Manage & train sales graduates to develop them to territory managers.- On site training on products & applications- Training on key processes (Salesforce, discount management, market share analysis, inventory management).

In this role I work on the development and introduction of new products across the Powerscreen brand. I work with design engineers to develop modern visual aesthetics across our crushing and screening product ranges.This involves liasing with the Marketing & Services Manager in developing product related promotional strategies. This has led to me developing technical skills in 3D animation, video editing and drone cinematography.

Osk&r Juliet is a design studio based in NI. We help to develop new and evolving companies through creative product and service design.

As a design engineer I spent my time working within the engineering design team to develop the range of industrial screening machines. Specifically I worked on the final design stages of the Warrior 2100 heavy duty screen. I provide day to day support for shop floor workers as well as liaising with suppliers and customers.I also work with the marketing department to develop display media for the our trade show displays, for shows such as ConExpo.By leading a project to redesign the decal kits for our heavy duty screening range, I have had the opportunity to get involved in the tendering process, identifying potential new suppliers and working with them to ensure they can deliver to our time-scale and quality specifications.
