GHF is a partnership between Frome Town Council, Frome Medical Practice and Edventure Frome funded by the National Lottery Climate Action Fund. In particular, monitoring outputs in respect to carbon dioxide emissions, cost savings, behavioural changes, health impacts and engagement.
