GHF is a partnership between Frome Town Council, Frome Medical Practice and Edventure Frome funded by the National Lottery Climate Action Fund. The programme delivers a range of initiatives, including active travel, home energy efficiency, social prescribing, and building networks through skills development and project residencies. These initiatives are specifically developed to support the community to realise co-benefits of taking action to improve their health and the climate. Responsibilities include using mixed quantitiative and qualitative research methods to understand the impact of the programme's activities. In particular, monitoring outputs in respect to carbon dioxide emissions, cost savings, behavioural changes, health impacts and engagement. Working with project team, partners and participants to collect data through online participant surveys, interviews, focus groups and paricipant observation. Ensuring ethical research practice and compliance with data protection regulations.Communicating outputs through various media, including reports to funders and other stakeholders, papers and policy briefs, blogs, seminars, conferences and other events.
