I worked on the production line of traffic light control units which involved working as part of team to achieve tight deadlines and involved training with various tools.

Being a catering assistant is predominantly ensuring customer satisfaction. The job requires a high level of team work and communication with both colleagues and customers. I mainly work at the food preparation station, and running trays of food out to tables. I also working at the ice cream stall serving customers and handling money.

I worked at the café for three months as a summer job between semesters at university. During this period I was trained to operate a relatively complex till and food ordering system and trained to work on a commercial coffee machine. I also acted as a food runner between the kitchen and the customers. Customer service was a large portion of my work as ensuring the customer left fully satisfied was our top priority.
