My lifelong passion has been finding ways to optimize performance, both in myself and in those around me. Through developing elite habits, building a robust resilience toolkit, and managing performance pressure, I aspire to maximize potential in all that I do, inspiring others toward their own kind of greatness and fulfilment in the process. Everyone is unique, and in using principles from the science of optimal human functioning (positive psychology), I can take mediocre teams and average-performing individuals and leaders to levels they have previously never experienced. My background:• I developed the ‘Beyond the Ballplayer Coaching Philosophy’, with the framework allowing individuals, groups, and teams to handle adversity and maximize performance;• I have coached and mentored teams across the globe in 20+ countries and have been invited by major organizations and leaders to work on coaching and mentoring programs that transcend the sporting field and workplace;• I have coached the Austrian Senior National Baseball Team, helping the team secure the country’s highest baseball achievement to date;• I bring a background as a Director of Operations, with skills in leading major projects and events and boosting company revenue and profits;• I bring a large network of contacts, with nearly 200 recommendations on LinkedIn and Facebook that describe my deep strengths in leadership, coaching, mentoring, emotional intelligence, psychology, technical expertise, and the ability to transform performance, both on and off the field.
