-Promoted a unified Intelligence Architecture for the I Corps footprint, setting conditions for successful data transmission during the upcoming I Corps warfighter, CPXs, and for current and future JPMRC rotations-Advised Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center (JPMRC) planners for scenario construction and integration of multidomain training objectives for 25-01 (25th Infantry Division) and 25-02 (11th Infantry Division) through Initial, Mid, and Final Planning Conferences-Assisted in the establishment of Intelligence Architecture between the Intelligence Operations Center and the Mission Training Center on JBLM which enabled 7th Infantry Division to execute Bayonet Focus from the Mission Training Center

-Pioneered the first Multi-Domain exercise emphasizing space, cyber, electronic warfare, and intelligence integration for both kinetic and non-kinetic targeting; currently drafting publications for dissemination of lessons learned from the exercise so the successes can be replicated in future exercises -Served as Senior Intelligence Trainer for all National Guard and Reserve Intelligence Soldiers in the Western United States to prepare them for combat deployments and mobilizations; responsible for Intelligence Enterprises for 27 different units from company through Division-level-Oversaw the budget, training, resourcing, and mentorship for 18 Military Intelligence Soldiers

-Founded and served as the president for JBLM Rainier ROCKS, a premier mentorship and fellowship program for Army Officers, Sr, NCOs, Cadets, and government civilian employees-Director of Operations for the Army’s first Multi Domain Effects Battalion; responsible for integration, planning, training, coordination, and delivery of offensive and defensive cyber, electronic warfare, and space effects in the Pacific Theater with a 15-million-dollar budget-Planned and executed operations for a Battalion of 550 personnel across seven different countries and US territories while using experimental technologies; used lessons learned to draft future Army standard Operating Procedures and inform force design

-First ACE Chief for the Army’s first All-Domain Operations Center (ADOC); responsible for providing timely, accurate, relevant, and predictive Multi Domain Intelligence; responsible for the efforts of 120 Space, Cyber, Electronic Warfare, and Military Intelligence Soldiers-Created the Joint Community of Interest for Multi-Domain Nodal Analysis; built kinetic and non-kinetic multi-domain target packets for over 2000 entities, greatly enhancing existing targets in the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB)-Published “The Pathway to Multi-Domain Intelligence Proficiency: The I2CEWS Approach” in Military Intelligence Professional Bulletin (VOL 34-21-2, pg. 27-28, Apr-Jun 2021)

-Stood up the Army’s first Multi Domain Military Intelligence Company (MD MICO); responsible for drafting doctrine, creating best practices and standard operating procedures, and working with government and industry to test cutting-edge, prototype intelligence equipment-Briefed Army Senior Leadership on how to create and train Multi Domain Intelligence Soldiers, Officers, and Warrant Officers; directly influenced funding allocations for emerging technologies from industry and procured funding for a mobile T-SCIF prototype vehicle (Mobile Intelligence Center)-Drafted the Mission Essential Task List used for the Multi Domain Military Intelligence Company and all future MD MICOs

-Lessons on how the Army is designed to integrate and function with Non Governmental Organizations as well as other other branches of the Department of Defense while better the role and function of the Army in the National Defense Strategy-Preparation for entering the role and function of a field-grade officer (Major) and a thorough understanding of the expectations of the organization as a whole as well as our future leaders, peers, and subordinates

-While managing a team of 10 Intel Soldiers, increased yearly engagement and training with National Guard and Reserve Partner units by 300% and was commended by their respective unit leaders for the increased quality of their intelligence reporting-Led six-month Mobilization Force Generating Installation (MFGI) planning effort for JBLM; contingency planning for how JBLM could be used to train 115 unique National Guard and Reserve units in the event of full national mobilization -Competed in the “Best Captain Competition” for the Brigade and placed 3rd of 27 Captains; competing in physical challenges, knowledge tests, and an executive interview panel

-Provided purpose, direction, and motivation for 130 subordinate officers, warrant officers, non-commissioned officers, enlisted service members, and Korean personnel in a unique military counterintelligence and HUMINT company geographically dispersed across South Korea-Through adjusting unit culture, increased Army counterintelligence production for the Korean Peninsula by 300% while in command-Maintained 100% accountability for more than $60 million of military and civilian equipment disbursed to seven locations across the Korean Peninsula

-Supported senior ranking American and Korean intelligence officers through the coordination, oversight, and management of Korean and American counterintelligence agents across the Korean Peninsula-Wrote and published the current Standard Operating Procedures for how U.S. and Republic of Korea Intelligence Agencies work together in the Analysis and Control Element

-Supervised battalion intelligence collection efforts/assets and presented daily assessments to the battalion commander responsible for 550 military personnel in the Faryab Province-Facilitated the intelligence collection and coordination between US forces and intelligence Agencies from Norway, Sweden, Latvia, and Germany-Instructed all the Afghan intelligence officers in Regional Command North on military intelligence theories and practice as well as developed and implemented campaign strategies to be enacted by joint US-Afghan partners-Assisted in the restructuring of Faryab province; specifically responsible for the division of government in the provincial capital, the screening of government employees, and the mapping of infrastructure

-Performed in-depth analysis and planned, developed, and participated in formulation and implementation of strategy, primarily for all-source collection, fusion, and analysis to the 170th Infantry Brigade Combat Team-Oversaw the training and development of 21 enlisted personnel and was responsible for over $7.5 million worth of tactical and strategic intelligence equipment

-Succeeded in providing oversight of logistical, financial, maintenance, and administrative support for a 350 engineer battalion deployed to Iraq-Facilitated the return of wounded Soldiers from Iraq to the military treatment facility at Landstuhl, Germany-Served as the battalion casualty notification officer to alert next of kin whenever the unit suffered casualties in Iraq
