Responsible for the management of the performance services, including physical preparation, sports science, sports psychology, sports nutrition and lifestyle, to ensure a coordinated approach to the holistic development of all Hartpury College athletes; and prepare these athletes to compete for Hartpury together with progressing along the performance pathway in their specific sport.

Key Responsibilities1. Leading a team of S&C coaches and two full time interns2. Designing and delivering S&C programs to all the Sports Academies at the college including, rugby, football, netball, modern pentathlon, rowing and golf3. Educating the student athletes on optimal nutrition and supplementation to aid performance4. Working closely with the physiotherapy department in getting players ‘back to play’5. Linking with NGB and EIS coaches to further develop the athletes to international standards6. Design, implementation and updating of a S&C/Physio database, made accessible to all coaching staff

Key Responsibilities Heavily involved in the opening and development of England's first integrated Health & Wellbeing Centre.Set up the client journey for Health & Wellbeing Assessments for 2,400 Allen & Overy staff including Senior Partners.Gatekeeper of all referrals for all services - including GP, Physiotherapy, Dentist, Physiologist and Fitness Team.
