I believe that nothing can be achieved without hard work. My name is Owen Schultz, I am a recent graduate of the Sports Leadership Program at Viterbo University. I'm interested in helping companies promote their services and products by helping strategize how to reach target consumers via marketing techniques and advertising. My previous employers, professors and friends give me praise for my social skills, creativity, and work ethic. I am most passionate about what I do when I am able to help my company or other people around me succeed in the processes that they are doing. I want to better myself by continuing to learn and help others around me better themselves too. What makes me stand out from the crowd is my ability to create authentic relationships with people by being sincere and by making them feel understood by actively listening and interacting with them kindly. I am thrilled to learn that your company allows all the employees to work trying to empower the people around you and in the communities. I see myself as a person who is willing to help the people around me and the small communities in the world better.
