I have worked my way through the professional ranks all my life. It's hard to articulate on a LinkedIn page but my story starts with becoming a paperboy for the Daily Journal. As a kid, I dreamed, which motivated me to work hard and seek more responsibility. I left the Daily Journal at the ripe age of ten to join the Chicago Tribune...fast forward to post-college when I joined RV Evans Company in industrial Sales and now President of JobFormance a talent management company. My experiences and training have let me focus on operational excellence and serving my clients. Each day I am in awe of the processes and people who "make" things go round. I have found success is based upon a few simple things: Autonomy, Work-worth-doing, Teams, Reward for hard-work. I have honed my skill set of identifying talent, building relationships, and transforming talent management with a new focus on connecting companies with talent under the umbrella of JobFormance. There are many parallels between my personal and professional life, it reminds me of a favorite quote: “Man is not made in one flamboyant hour but in the daily ledger of his days”.
