I have a team of recruiters in the US, England, UAE and Poland supporting all positions. In 2015, we opened our Global Business Center in Warsaw where we've hired 700 people since August of that year. This was a ground up project that included partnering with the business to set up the site, define the employment strategy and implement hiring initiatives. Recently, MoneyGram implemented Oracle Fusion and I led the custom Taleo integration that was included. The TA Operations team worked with our HRIS team to implement a fully integrated platform to complete a true self-service model.In 2 years, I have decreased external agency spend from $4 million in 2014 to less than $400 thousand in 2015 and trending even lower for 2016. Our comprehensive Talent Advisor approach to staffing enables leaders to get the quality hires they need while working with our internal recruitment team resulting in higher quality hires and stronger retention rates.Completing and launching a new EVP early 3rd Quarter to include complete online and print strategies both externally and internally will further expand MoneyGram's go-to-market strategy. This will include a robust Social Media Brand Ambassador roll out.
