Responsible for the day to day operations. I work directly with our shop coordinator to track all jobs from start to finish. I develop metrics based on performance to find areas of inefficiency and find the best solutions to eliminate it from our processes. I also assist front office personnel with any issues that may develop during the course of a job. In this position, I conduct market research to keep our marketing strategies up to date and focused on the correct audience. I am also the management representative for our daily API/ISO quality management operations. During times of high volume, I assume the role of Estimator/Project Manager should the need arise. I have managed and participated in both API Q1 and ISO9001 audit activities. As manager of operations and our QMS, I oversaw the audit process leading to a zero finding/zero non conformance record.

Responsible for developing and interacting with customers and fulfilling customer requirements. Also responsible for estimating and completing RFQ's for customers. In charge of procuring materials directly related to various projects being managed. Also work in process management to eliminate waste and inefficiency.
