During his tenure as a managing member of Power Play Marketing, he was responsible for the development, oversight, and training of their sales force and customer acquisition departments. Michael P. Owens was also behind the development of online literature that provided consumers with information on conserving energy. He ultimately oversaw the company’s lucrative sale to PowerOne, its largest client. In addition, Michael P. Owens established 6 Degrees, a company that focuses on international marketing and data services. Owens also helped the company develop innovate software and data systems with several patents pending. More recently, as the owner and CEO of Real Media Marketing, he has leveraged his entrepreneurial experience to guide new business owners towards success. Mr. Owens has also participated in various charitable activities. He supports the Pacific Symphony Orchestra. Furthermore, over the last few years, he has run various fundraisers and drives for the Wounded Warrior Project, a nonprofit that supports veterans who have been injured as a result of military service.
