Responsible for Refereeing league games in a respectful, courteous, and professional manner while providing a fun and safe environment for all participants. Administering game rules and ensuring each game is fair and secure. Reinforce game rules and proper execution of the in-game procedures. Assess any on-ice injuries and incidents in real-time and file all necessary reports associated with injuries and incidents. With a deep understanding of the rules, excellent communication skills, the ability to make split-second decisions, and physical fitness to keep up with the fast-paced nature of the game, as a successful officiant, I contribute to the integrity and fairness of the sport.
