Currently, I am responsible for the sales, information, rentals, and repairs of any and all bikes purchased at our shop. My daily tasks include understanding potential customers' needs, correctly identifying the type of bicycle they wish to purchase, being extremely knowledgeable about any bicycle asked about, and closing the sale in an effective and timely manner. I also perform diagnostics on electric bicycle software systems, controllers, motors, and components. I am responsible for inventory being accurate in Lightspeed (POS system) and am tasked with ordering any components needed from vendors. Delivery and helping customers with rentals also occur during my time at the shop.
