• Developed a data-driven acquisition platform to value over $70 billion worth of Commercial Real Estate backed mortgage assets, proceeded to interface with Goldman Sachs and Eastdil Secured on new acquisitions as a technical lead• Lead automation of highly regulated quarterly reporting to investors on over $2.3 Billion dollars worthof municipal bond multifamily assets. • Actively managed $3.5 Million in Assets for Chapman University via FIN:431 Portfolio Management in a small team of 12 individuals• Utilized fundamental and technical forecasting techniques including Brownian, DDM, FCFM, RIM, and Market Multiple Modeling to present technical findings to key non-technical stakeholders• Successfully researched, pitched, and allocated investment into Campbells Soup Company which is now up 50% in one year's time• For my data analytics minor I developed a machine learning model that extrapolated the valuations of real estate properties across the United States via various databases. The model also estimated associated expenses and revenue figures• In my data analytics research, I created a program that mass-produced social media accounts that could offer tens of thousands of likes to any media post of the user’s choice. This model also had the ability to argue for any point online using an artificial intelligence chatbot
