Participant in the development of a marketing strategy to introduce Windsor youth to the 2010 Windsor Municipal Election. Vote Out Loud's goal, which was extremely successful, was to educate young people that their vote was a powerful tool for shaping the future of our community and get them to the polls on Election Day. Owen worked with Spotvin Creative, Taking On Media, Accent Media and the City of Windsor under the direction of Mary Rogers towards realizing these goals.
