- Participating in customer-facing and internal projects, assisting or leading the technical engineering and operationalization of cloud solutions.- Develop client’s technical expertise and business skills, design technical solutions, and lead Cloud migrations and DevOps pipelines.

Development of several technology platforms- Ensure a common understanding among stakeholders regarding the vision, governance, technological orientations, scope and planning of the project.- Ensure consistency of actions between the various stakeholders in the progress of the work, risk assessment, and the development of schedules in order to achieve the project objectives.- Act as a project management expert for the stakeholders and contribute to the implementation of best management practices in the deployment of the solution.- Monitor and evaluate project performance and present follow-up reports to the various decision-making bodies of the project.

Digital transformation of the business of a dozen clients- Work in collaboration with the division managers assigned to the projects.- Create and update project plans and estimate efforts, budgets, resources.- Communicate to the managers of the different departments (clients) the status of the projects.

Initial and optimized architecture design, configuration and deployment of standardized systems.- Perform initial design, problem solving and architecture review of existing solution for clients in various industries.- Provide recommendations on the design of the solution to meet the objectives of the business project.- Propose solution architecture to meet business objectives, including integration solutions with our partners or other third-party service providers.- Identify opportunities for integration, technology advancement and cost reduction, create roadmaps (including workflows) for technology solutions to improve standardization and efficiency of enterprise technologies.

Development of new business opportunities and improvement of existing processes.- Opening a branch for the company after my R&D, then managing the store.- Develop new business strategies (marketing setup, website creation, mobile app development and POS system integration).- Prepare presentations for new business opportunities and train employees.- Management: Maintain relationships with partner companies and manage store employees.
