As an independent operator, I am able to bring together every element of my extensive events experience to deliver innovative solutions on events projects of all kinds. Working with a diverse range of clients around the world provides constant exposure to the latest trends and developments in this constantly shifting industry, allowing me to offer unique insight and value to the projects I serve.In my experience managing technical productions as a whole, I have had the opportunity to deliver events ranging from a handful of delegates for a small conference, up to several thousand guests for a very large awards show, with everything in between. I greatly enjoy working with clients directly at every stage of the production process to create an experience that perfectly fits their requirements and exceeds their expectations.

Establishing a brand new medical practice requires the strongest possible foundation of IT and technical infrastructure to ensure reliability, data security and system resilience to be able to serve patients with confidence. Building this foundation was my responsibility as I worked to support the founding partners to achieve a successful launch of the new clinic, and maintaining smooth and reliable daily operations remains an ongoing commitment, providing solutions as and when needed and monitoring the health of our practice infrastructure.

As the head of Technical Production for the organisation, I was responsible for the day-to-day running of the Tech Services department as a whole, including creation and management of the department budget, managing and training a team of 30 staff, and coordination and planning of all technical elements of our busy schedule of live events, working closely with internal and external clients to ensure consistently high standards of service delivery.

Working throughout the various spaces of the complex, I worked across performances and events of all kinds, providing sound, lighting and video services as required to support the technical team.

Working as a member of The ICC technical team both at the main site and at the Vox Conference Centre, I had the opportunity to develop skills working to highly professional standards on large scale events, developing experience in the conferencing and corporate events environment at various stages of the live events process, as well as working with external production companies on site.

Joining a growing international team with colleagues in the United Kingdom, India and the United States, I worked to support business-critical risk applications, ensuring reliable front office production and providing 24 hour global coverage.

Working in a trade capture role, I was cross-trained on Rates Fund Support and VFN desks to support the London Asset Wealth Management trading desks. This required me to work in a high-volume, priority-driven environment facing both internal and external clients as well as providing regular daily contact with traders. Additionally, I was responsible for working to resolve breaks and mismatches involving complex structures and multiple stakeholders, and communicating this work during weekly reporting calls. I also took the opportunity to organise calls with other stakeholders to improve longer-term understanding of issues related to the work of the team. Later in the programme I trained with the Managed Accounts team on the DB Platinum and IOF platforms, expanding my understanding of the activities of the AWM Division.

Providing the public face of the company to guests on travel tours across Britain and Europe. Looking after guests, responding to any issues they have, and ensuring every customer has a fantastic trip from beginning to end.

Design, rigging and operation of both Intelligent and Generic lighting and live vision mixing for theatre and live events.

Founding member of this student nightlife and entertainments organisation, personally responsible for management, development and delivery of all technical aspects of live events including regular club nights and showings of live broadcasts. Responsible for maintenance and operation of inventory and procurement of new stock, to deliver successful events on time and within budget.
