OSF is a top channel partner of Salesforce. They were contracted to develop an e-commerce site that would utilize the Salesforce D2C module for their SmartHome consumer-facing business. I led a development team to implement the solution using two weeks of Scrum sprints, managed the client stakeholders (C-Level), implementation schedule, bugs, solution release, sprint demos, knowledge transfers, and the formal functional and technical documentation.The project went live successfully and it's currently in operation.

• Direct and accountable the Document Management Solution group’s top digital transformation initiative that operationalized the digital customer document scanning workflow processes to drive efficiency and monetization• Built from the ground-up a transformation solution for the Business Process Management (BPM) workflow using IBM/Lombardi TeamWorks for a new business line with a $100M annual revenue projection• Direct and led the pilot release of the BPM application within the first 3 months of the engagement, providing the basis for senior executive’s decision to sign a multi-year, $5M IBM enterprise agreement• Created the standard deployment procedures for BPM solution at imaging centers and customer facilities• Led a $2M PCI Compliant solution that integrated a centralized Kofax Capture (high-speed digital scanning with OCR) infrastructure with a custom application, environments, user training, and operational readiness• Led and direct the implementation of a Removable Media Encryption solution at all Imaging Centers to limit Iron Mountain’s risks exposure when transporting CD/DVD media to and from customer sites
