Teacher Coach
CurrentAs a coach with Teach For Nigeria, I mentor a group of Fellows, guiding their teaching and leadership development. My role involves observing classrooms, providing feedback, and facilitating growth through coaching cycles and regular check-ins. I help Fellows set goals for student achievement and leadership, while fostering a collaborative team culture. Additionally, I build strong relationships with community stakeholders, including school leaders and parents, to support Fellows’ work in underserved areas. I also design and facilitate training sessions, ensuring Fellows are equipped to make a lasting impact on education and contribute to the movement for educational equity in Nigeria.
