Health System Specialist
CurrentCoordinates and consults with leadership on program administrative matters. Provides analysis and oversight on various health care and administrative programs: GENESIS, Inpatient records, AUTONOA, CPOL, COMPASS, GFEBS, DTS, DMHRSi etc.). Collects, reviews, analyzes, and organizes relevant data from the programs mentioned above and makes recommendations to the Supervisor.Develops, accumulates, and analyzes a variety of statistical and demographic date including charts, graphs and or reports. Prepares clear and effective reports using Power point, Excel, Access, or Microsoft of high quality promptly within established suspense identified by Supervisor.Monitors the Military Healthcare System for trends, analysis, and comparisons. Identify problems with healthcare processes and recommend alternatives to improve processes.Provides weekly and monthly reports to include JTD updates, FTE Contract Utilization, Healthcare Analytics (i.e., EOD, Closed Encounters, Call Center Phone Analytics, Patient Wait-times, OHI collection status), Payroll Data (Personnel Roster/Overtime/Comp Time/Converted Comp Time), DMHRSi compliance, Manpower/HR Actions, and Project Status.Creates templates for physicians, creates and oversees clinical patient scheduling, and creates clinical statistical reports.Maintains, updates, and monitors the Directorate Personnel Dashboard and provides updates on all hiring actions for the Department of Radiology. Serves as the DPMAP POC and assists the Supervisor, HSS with monitoring and tracking the DPMAP compliance for Radiology to accomplish 98-100% compliance. Effectively, communicates necessary information regarding DPMAP to managers/supervisors and employees, to include, but not limited to requirements/timelines, preparation, how to write SMART objectives, and DPMAP close-out process.
