-Ensure, follow and control production in accordance with the production plan and quality standards -Appoint labor and purchasing stock toward the smooth running of the production process such as extruder line, mixer, granule line-Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment, and hiring laborers-Oversee quality control throughout the production process-Ensure that the quality and company standards are met, take immediate and corrective actions in case of quality claim, apply problem solving techniques and inform related departments -Organize the quality control of rejected parts and all related -Ensure that production is completed before deadlines-Procure and monitore the efficiency of production equipment-Prepare and control the maintenance plan, initate purchasing request of the spare parts and equipments-Prepare daily, weekly and mothly reports regarding the raw material, energy and absenteeism-Follow up daily personnel need in cooperation with planning department, inform Hr department about the headcount planning-Review the production budget and suggest improvement measures-Execute improvements in production lines, prepare feasibility report on improvements and developments, analyze retun of investment status -Ensure facility management, lead some improvement projects regarding the renewal of social areas (resting room , pray room) -Ensure the shipping of the parts to the warehouse, align with logistic department -Evaluate personnel performance, execute annual meeting and give feedback to HR department,-Ensure that all safety and health procedures are followed at all times, evaluate the health and safety risk, take the necessary actions to report and minimize in cooperation with HSE specialist-Create purchase request of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment with its technical information (pressure, measurement, etc.) -Ensure safety stock of the spare/maintenance parts, consumables and tools
