Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:•Staff Management:-Responsible of the overall welfare and well being of JRS staff-Has the responsibility of seeing that JRS staff work according to the respective guidelines.-Supervise the human resource tasks such as recruitment & selection, pay & benefits, safety/ security & Health, appraisal, and training at the project level.-Provide effective leadership to department coordinators, and ensures good team-work among them.-Provided technical support to department coordinators, and ensures good team-work among them.-Provide technical support to department coordinators in program implementation.•Program Management:-Work closely with other JRS Project director and takes charge in their absence.-Coordinates the works of departments.-Works in close collaboration with different departments.-Make sure that department achieves their defined goals and objectives in accordance with overall work plan of JRS.-Supervises and coordinates the staff of JRS to ensure that the programs are implemented in accordance with the project proposal.•Budgeting and Planning:-With the help of the various department heads, prepares a consolidated budget of JRS.-Directly in charge of the overall financial management of JRS funds.-Has overall financial responsibility and accountability for the whole program.-Oversee the financial functions of the project in accordance with relevant rules and procedures and ensure of proper utilization of project assets.-Ensure proper utilization of resources, including prompt accountability of funds and reporting by various departments.-Oversee the monitoring and evaluation of program activities of the project and review the result and take necessary follow-up actions.-Ensure and guide all departments on their proposals writing on time before the new financial year. •Logistics•Human resources

Coordinates the development activities of the organization, organizes meetings/workshops and coordinating travelling arrangements of the members, preparing list of current and past donors to the projects of the organization, Reviewing project proposals of the members, Ensuring that the proposals presented has the appropriate level of funding, preparing and submitting update reports on project implementation on a quarterly basis for on-going projects, Developing communication strategy for the organization, Reviewing all final project reports and providing regular up-dates to the organizational finance committee, highlighting key issues for their review/approval.
