- Responsible for all Packaging & Product Development activities.- New innovative technical proposals and concepts driven by climate friendly trends, competition, suppliers and experience.- Building roadmaps & leading implementation of all packaging sustainability projects (e.g. weight reduction, plastic PCR deployment & metallization replacement).- New Product Launches from Marketing brief to deployment (including end to end packaging implementation with suppliers) considering timeline, cost, quality, environmental and cost saving ideas.- Packaging material and Finished Goods Specification issuance and maintenance.- Responsible for pre-detection of Packaging material challenges (quality, availability, etc.) and solving ongoing issues.- Product Development of all projects for global brands (full product lifecycle management); New Launches, renovations, localizations, technical, sustainability and legal alerts.- Part of the Factory's Management Committee.

- Technical definition and development of Packaging Materials and dealing with suppliers.- Suggests & approves technical packaging design considering production, cost, schedule, quality & sustainability parameters. Controls the technical development of packaging and finished products in the specification, design, production & approval.- Advises and influences Product Development & Marketing in technical product definition.- Draws up technical tender documents (project plans, preliminary specifications, guidelines, etc.).- Carries out risk analysis & Industrial feasibility for new launches based on product definition and the filling line.- Defines & Optimizes packaging IN and OUT in compliance with Group environmental goals.- Identifies and proposes ways of improving existing products (functionality, cost, quality, productivity, etc.).
